Why did the U.S. help to create the Koyoto Protocal, but did not agree to sign it? Would global warming have decreased / stabalized at all over the last 10 years if the U.S. would have signed it?
Is the globe really going to warm as fast as they are expecting? It has taken this long to get to the current state are current CO2 emissions so high that the globe will heat up this drastically?
Did the Bush administration meet its proposed goal of reducing the GHG intensity? Why only 18 percent?
Will cutting greenhouse gases hurt the U.S.'s economy that much? Is it worth the risk not to cut GHS?
